In this recipe, we cut fresh salmon into cubes and soak it in a delectable marinate that combines cool Lifeway Kefir and spicy sriracha. Ingredients
- marinade:
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sriracha
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 tbsp. Plain Lowfat Kefir
- bowl:
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 bulk of scallions
- 1 tsp. sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp. spicy mayo
- Salmon
Directions
- Make the marinade by adding all ingredients to a bowl and mix until well incorporated.
- Remove the skin from the salmon and cut into cubes and pour the marinade over top of the salmon. put those in the airfryer for 6-7 minutes at 400 degrees.
- Add to a plate with rice, chopped cucumber, and sliced avocado. top with scallions, sesame seeds, spicy mayo and enjoy!
