- 1 cup chopped avocado (about 1 large avocado)
- 2 tbsp. raw almonds or almond butter
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 tsp. raw honey or 2 Medjool dates
- 1 1/2 cups Lowfat Plain Kefir
- Toppings sliced almonds, sliced avocado
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth, or until desired consistency is reached. Top with avocado and crushed almonds.
