- 2 pieces of sourdough, whole grain, or gluten-free bread
- 1/3 cup Farmer Cheese
- 1/2 an avocado, pitted
- fresh lemon juice
- a few tablespoons of edible flowers
- 2-3 tbsp. raw hemp seeds for topping
- raw honey for drizzling on top
Directions
- Toast your bread, then let it cool for a couple minutes and top with Lifeway Farmer Cheese.
- Mash the avocado with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice; this prevents browning and brings out the flavors better. Spread this on top of each piece of toast on top of the farmer cheese.
- Sprinkle the edible flowers on top, add the raw hemp seeds, and a drizzle of raw honey.
