When Toast Tuesday is on the same day as National Cheesecake Day we make berry cheesecake toast. Fold powdered sugar into our plain kefir cup and spread it on a slice of warm, toasted bread. Layer on a tart, juicy compote of blackberries, blueberries, and strawberries for a sweet and tangy toast. For the finishing touch, fresh mint!

  1. Whip our plain kefir cup with powdered sugar and spread over toasted bread.
  2. In a small pot or oven, slowly cook berries till broken down and jammy.
  3. Top toast with fresh mint. Optional topping: granola.
