- Raspberry Compote
- Chocolate Sauce
Raspberry Compote
- 1 cup raspberries
- ⅓ cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup water
Directions
- Compote: Mix raspberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan on medium heat and bring to a boil. Simmer until it thickens, reducing to about half and stir continuously to avoid burning.
- Shooters: Layer kefir, compote, and chocolate sauce to your desired amount.
