With increasing research linking the correlation between probiotics, gut health, and immunity, it’s no secret that the integrity of our gut is vital to our health. Although additional factors such as stress, antibiotic usage, and individual health conditions can contribute to the condition of our gut, a focus on healthy food choices is one of the easiest ways to support the microbiome.

Directions

  1. In a food processor, blend down blueberries slightly.
  2. In a Ninja Creami container, with an immersion blender, blend together Lifeway kefir, dried lavender, lemon juice, and vanilla. Fold in blueberries and freeze for 24 hours.
  3. Once frozen, add the frozen container to the Ninja Creami and blend a couple of times until blended fully. You might have to add more Lifeway Kefir to the mixture the second time.
  4. Top with a few more pureed blueberries and granola, and click the "mix in" button.
  5. Add to bowl or cone and top with more granola and enjoy!
