Directions

  1. Brew two shots espresso using your favorite method or use 1 tbsp. instant espresso powder in the next step.
  2. Stir in brown sugar into the hot espresso; if using instant espresso powder, just add the sugar and espresso powder to the blender, then add all other ingredients into a high speed blender except the topping. Blend until smooth.
  3. For the topping: In a food processor, blend together Organic Whole Milk Lifeway Vanilla Kefir, whipping cream, and cinnamon. Blend until whipped.
  4. Add smoothie mix into your favorite glass. Add the topping and an extra sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired. Then enjoy!
