- 2 slices thick whole wheat bread
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 cup Farmer Cheese
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp steak seasoning
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 2-4 pieces of green leaf lettuce
- 1 ripe tomato
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- salt/pepper to taste
Directions
- Toast Whole Wheat bread. Once toasted, spread butter on immediately on one side of each toast.
- In a bowl, mix together Lifeway Farmer cheese, garlic salt, and steak seasoning.
- Spread a layer of the Farmer Cheese mixture onto each toast, the same side that is buttered.
- On one half of the toast, layer the lettuce, bacon, tomato, and avocado. Top with the other half of the toast.
