Garlic Kefir Aioli
- 1/2 cup cashews, boiling for 5 minutes in water before using them
- 1/2 cup Organic Plain Whole Milk Kefir
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder or 6 cloves of roasted garlic
- 1/4 tsp dried sage, thyme, oregano (of each herb)
- 1/4 tsp ground mustard
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp vinegar
- 2 tsp nutritional yeast, optional
Cajun Seasoning
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp chipotle seasoning
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp onion powder
Cauliflower Steaks
- ¾ medium cauliflower
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- ½ medium lime
Directions
- Garlic Kefir Aioli: mix everything together in a small bowl
- Cajun Seasoning: mix everything together and set aside to use on cauliflower steaks.
- Cauliflower Steaks: Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees as you slice one whole head of cauliflower into 1-inch “steaks”.
- Lay the steaks on a large baking sheet and brush both sides with plenty of oil and coat the cauliflower in the seasoning.
- Bake for 20 minutes, turning them half-way through.
- Once done drizzle the cauliflower with the Garlic Kefir Aioli and some juice of a lime. Enjoy!
