Ingredients
- 1/2 spaghetti
- 1/4 cup Lifeway Kefir Butter*
- 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- black pepper, to taste
- 4 tbsp. Farmer Cheese
- 1 oz. (6 tsp.) red salmon caviar
- 1 tbsp. fresh chives, minced
Directions
- Cook pasta until al dente and drain.
- While pasta is cooking, melt Lifeway Kefir butter in a pan with lemon juice and black pepper.
- Toss the pasta in sauce to coat.
- Plate the pasta and dollop with Lifeway Farmer Cheese and salmon caviar.
