There is something indulgent and enchanting about cherries and chocolate. The joining of colors and flavors of both tart and sweet are alluring and beautiful. This magical pairing inspired us to create a Chocolate Cherry Chia Pudding using a combination Black Cherry Lifeway Organic Whole Milk Kefir and cherries, cacao powder, berries, and topped with whipped cream and cacao nibs. The layers harmonize, giving each spoonful a tart sweetness packed with probiotics and protein!

Directions

  1. Blend together the Black Cherry Whole Milk Kefir, frozen banana, blackberries, cherries, maple syrup, chia seeds, cacao, and vanilla.
  2. Pour into a Mason jar or glass bowl, and cover and set in the fridge for 4-6 hours.
  3. Once the pudding has set, layer with coconut whip and top with cacao nibs, cherries, walnuts and/or granola, and enjoy!
