- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tbsp. pecans
- 2 tsp. maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3-4 leaves fresh mint
