- flatbread:
- 2 cup Farmer Cheese
- 1 cup parmesan
- 2 eggs
- toppings:
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 cup additional Farmer Cheese
- 2 large eggs, over easy
- 1/4 cup pancetta, cooked and crispy
- 1/2 cup baby arugula
- 2 tbsp hot honey
- pinch black pepper
- pinch red pepper flakes
Directions
- Blend together the flatbread ingredients until smooth. Bake at 350 for 35-40 mins.
- Layer flatbread with olive oil and garlic salt.
- Dollop a couple of scoops of Lifeway Farmer Cheese on the flatbread.
- Fry an egg, and add to flatbread. Sprinkle with the cooked pancetta, red and black pepper flakes.
- Top with arugula and hot honey. Wrap and enjoy!
