  1. Blend together the flatbread ingredients until smooth. Bake at 350 for 35-40 mins.
  2. Layer flatbread with olive oil and garlic salt.

  4. Fry an egg, and add to flatbread. Sprinkle with the cooked pancetta, red and black pepper flakes.
