Directions

  1. Take 2 pieces of toasted bread, and spread Lifeway Farmer Cheese on top of each one (1/4 cup per piece of toast).
  2. Sprinkle 1 tsp. Tajin seasoning on top of the farmer cheese on each piece of toast, then add the roasted corn on top (1/4 cup per piece of toast).
  3. Squeeze the juice from half a lime on top of each one, then sprinkle chili flakes/red pepper flakes on top, and add any extra seasoning you prefer.

    Notes

  • You can also add a little salsa on top of the farmer cheese before topping with the corn and seasonings if you want to amp things up a bit!
