- 2 piece of sourdough bread (or your favorite), toasted
- 1/2 cup Lifeway Farmer Cheese
- 1.2 cup roasted corn
- 2 tsp. Tajin seasoning
- juice of half a lime
- red pepper flakes/chili flakes for topping
- Optional: salsa for topping (see notes)
Directions
- Take 2 pieces of toasted bread, and spread Lifeway Farmer Cheese on top of each one (1/4 cup per piece of toast).
- Sprinkle 1 tsp. Tajin seasoning on top of the farmer cheese on each piece of toast, then add the roasted corn on top (1/4 cup per piece of toast).
- Squeeze the juice from half a lime on top of each one, then sprinkle chili flakes/red pepper flakes on top, and add any extra seasoning you prefer.
- You can also add a little salsa on top of the farmer cheese before topping with the corn and seasonings if you want to amp things up a bit!
