Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and brush evenly with olive oil.
  2. Arrange the prosciutto over the flatbread in loose, bunched pieces. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the prosciutto is lightly crisp.
  3. Remove from the oven and top with fresh arugula.
  4. Add dollops of Lifeway Farmer Cheese and spoon small amounts of fig jam across the flatbread.
  5. Finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze, slice, serve and enjoy!
