- Sauce:
- 1 cup Farmer Cheese
- 1 tbsp light mayo
- 2 tbsp sugar free ketchup
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1-2 tbsp grated sweet onion
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp dill relish
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 2 tsp pickle juice
- splash of Worcestershire sauce
- Other:
- 7-8 Grillo Pickles
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped pickles
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ground mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt/pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Add in all ingredients of the sauce into a blender or high food processor and blend until smooth.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground turkey. Once browned, add in diced onions, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard powder, worcestershire sauce, 1/2 cup blended Farmer Cheese sauce and mix until combined.
- Hollow each pickle out, and fill with the beef mixture. Top with diced pickles, diced onions, shredded cheese, and Farmer Cheese sauce. Enjoy!
