Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed until smooth. Add to ice cube tray and freeze for at least 3 hours.
  2. Transfer frozen watermelon chunks into a blender and blend until smooth. Add the mixture into a freezer safe container for an additional 30 minutes. Scoop, top with mint, and enjoy!
