Directions

  1. Toast the bread to your liking. While it's toasting, wash and chop the figs in half, removing the stems. Crush the raw pistachios with a knife (flat side) or process them in a mini food processor. Set aside.
  2. Spread Lifeway Farmer Cheese on top of each piece of bread (1/4 cup per slice), and add a pinch of salt if using. Layer the figs on top of each piece of bread, then add the crushed pistachios and a drizzle of honey to each piece. Enjoy!
