Whipped Dip Base:
- 1 1/2 cups Farmer Cheese
- 1-2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Toppings:
- 2 tbsp. everything but the bagel seasoning
- 4 oz. smoked salmon, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp. thinly sliced red onions
- 2 tbsp. capers
- handful of fresh dill sprigs
For Serving:
- bagel chips, pita chips, or crackers of choice*
Directions
- Cut and slice all the veggies and salmon if you haven't already done so. Set aside.
- Add the whipped dip base ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. Scoop it out into a serving bowl and smooth over the top.
- Add the topping ingredients, and arrange them all on top however desired. Keep the dip chilled until serving, then serve with bagel chips, pita chips, or crackers of choice.*
