- ¼ cup Farmer Cheese
- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- ½ fresh lemon, juiced
- ½ tbsp honey
- 4 figs, sliced
- 2 tbsp pistachio pieces
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- Toast bread in toaster.
