Be a wrap star in your kitchen with our recipe for these tasty Kefir Caesar Wraps made with Lifeway Kefir. We used our kefir in the dressing, so this easy wrap recipe is loaded with probiotics and protein, and instead of fried chicken, we use air-fried chicken. Ingredients
Wrap Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked, chopped chicken
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 1 cup, crumbled Farmer Cheese
- Low Carb, Low Cal tortilla or Gluten Free Tortilla
Kefir Caesar Dressing:
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- juice of 2 lemons, seeded
- 1 tbsp. mustard or choice
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup Organic Whole Milk Plain Kefir
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
Directions
- Air-fry the chicken (or cook on the top rack of the oven on a non-stick pan) at 425 degrees for 12 minutes to crisp up. Remove when done.
- Mix together all ingredients for the Kefir Caesar Dressing.
- In a bowl, mix together chopped romaine lettuce and Kefir Caesar Dressing from step 2.
- On desired tortilla, layer cooked chicken, lettuce and dressing mixture from step 3, and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Wrap up and enjoy!
