Directions

  1. Add the Lifeway Kefir, water, watermelon, maple syrup, and mint leaves into a blender, and blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture into a large glass through a fine mesh sieve. Taste, and mix in additional sweetener as needed.
  3. Pour the watermelon mixture into two glasses filled with ice.
  4. Garnish with mint and enjoy!
