Red Layer
- 1 cup Cherry Lowfat Kefir
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
Orange Layer
- 1 cup Vanilla Whole Milk Kefir
- 1 small orange
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup frozen mango
- To get a deeper orange color, add two frozen strawberries
Yellow Layer
- 1 cup additional Organic Vanilla Whole Milk kefir
- 2 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
Green Layer
- 1 cup additional Organic Vanilla Whole Milk kefir
- 1 frozen banana
- 1-2 handfuls of spinach
- 2 frozen kiwi
Blue Layer
- 1 cup Blueberry Lowfat Kefir
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 2 banana
- 1-2 tsp blue algae
Purple Layer
- 1 cup Mixed Berry Whole Milk Kefir
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen blackberries + blueberries
Directions
- For each layer, blend ingredients until smooth. It's best to clean the blender between layers for distinct colors. Layer each color in the popsicle mold by using a spoon. Freeze overnight and enjoy!
