Directions

  1. Add the leafy greens, cucumber slices, and chickpeas to a large bowl. Toss to combine and set aside.
  2. Make the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together Lifeway Kefir, extra-virgin olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad prepared in step 1, then toss the salad to combine the ingredients, and finish with extra cracked pepper. Serve and enjoy!*
