- 2-3 tbsp of dried chamomile leaves
- 1/2 cup of hot water
- 1/4 cup 100% orange juice
- 1 cup Organic Plain Whole Milk Kefir
- Soak the dried chamomile flowers in 1/2 cup of hot water for 7 minutes & strain.
- Mix the tea brew with 1/4 cup 100% orange juice.
- Pour whole milk kefir half way up the popsicle molds and then pour in the chamomile orange blend on top of the kefir mixture.
- Freeze overnight and enjoy!
