- 1 cup Wildwonder Mango Gold Prebiotic Sparkling Water*
- optional: crushed ice
- Garnishes: fresh fruit slices (we used peaches)
Directions
- Blend the Lifeway Kefir and Wildwonder together in a blender with crushed ice, then pour into a glass. Or, you can leave out the ice if you wish.
- Top with fruit garnishes (we used peach slices) and enjoy!
