Directions

  1. Add olive oil and thyme to a small pan, and cook over medium heat for a few minutes until thyme begins to crisp up, then set aside.
  2. In a food processor, combine half a container of Farmer Cheese, 2 tbsp. raw honey, half of the thyme olive oil mixture from step 1, and the salt. Blend until nice and smooth. Taste and add remaining ½ tbsp of honey if needed.
  3. When you’re ready to serve the dip, add it to a small plate with sides or a bowl. Using the back of a spoon even the dip out. Then, garnish with some of the remaining thyme oil. Add pistachios and pomegranate arils/seeds, and finish with more thyme oil if desired.
