Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with nonstick spray or coat lightly with your choice of oil to prevent sticking. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix together eggs, Organic Whole Milk Plain Lifeway Kefir, garlic powder, salt/pepper, and fresh rosemary and thyme.
  4. Slice croissants down the middle, then dip the sliced croissants in the mixture in step 3 and add to the prepared pan, spreading out evenly.
  5. Add the slices of prosciutto and Swiss cheese in between the croissants.
  6. Bake on 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  7. Top with honey and enjoy!
