Raspberry Black Bean Dip

After one bite we guarantee you’ll rate our Raspberry Black Bean Dip a 10/10. (Yes, it’s that yummy!) To make your own batch, start by blending together a Raspberry Chipotle Sauce made of raspberries, coconut sugar, chopped jalapeños, and chipotle peppers, apple cider vinegar, water, minced garlic, liquid smoke, and salt. In a skillet over medium heat, add black beans, cumin, salt, and pepper. Sauté onions in a separate skillet and add a full clove of chopped garlic, then add to a bowl with farmer cheese and mix together. In the middle of an oven-ready pan, shape the farmer cheese mixture into the shape of a volcano and surround it with the black bean mixture. Top the dip with the Raspberry Chipotle Sauce and Monterey Jack cheese, then bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted. Black beans are a great source of fiber, protein, and folate for healthy digestion and strong muscles. Ever cooked with farmer cheese before? You’re in for a treat! It’s a mild Eastern European style soft cheese that’s similar to ricotta in texture with 13 grams of protein. It’s going to take all of your snacks and meals to the next level.
