Directions

  1. Combine raspberry kefir and sugar (or alternative) and stir until dissolved. Place mixture in ice tray and freeze until solid (at least 8 hours)
  2. Add the cream mixture and raspberries in a food processor or blender until smooth.
  3. Scoop and place in a wine glass, add a few raspberries, and top with Rosé of choice.
