- 1/2 cup frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- Dark pink layer:
- 1 cup additional Lifeway Strawberry Lowfat Kefir
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp. maca powder
- Blend together all ingredients for the dark pink layer and swivel it around in your cup.
