- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup Lowfat Strawberry Kefir
- 1 tbsp. raw almond butter
- 1/2 cup frozen mango or pineapple for sweetness
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 tsp. flax or chia seeds
- Garnishes of choice: e.g. fresh strawberry slices, slivered almonds/sliced almonds, and/or hemp seeds
Directions
- Add all the ingredients in the order listed to a high-speed blender, then blend until thick and creamy. Add any garnishes you wish. Fresh strawberries and slivered almonds are nice!
