To make this recipe, simply add Lifeway Farmer Cheese to a food processor with a bit of our Whole Milk Plain Kefir and pure maple syrup, then blend until smooth and creamy. Place it back in the farmer cheese container, which is ideal for easy-breezy serving, then set it aside. For the tiramisu effect, dip some cinnamon-flavored cookies in prepared espresso before lining them up in rows in the farmer cheese container. Dust it with some cocoa powder, then chill it in the fridge for several hours or overnight, and top with any other toppings you desire. Directions

  1. Place Lifeway Farmer Cheese into a food processor along with Whole Milk Plain Lifeway Kefir (organic or regular) and pure maple syrup. Blend on high until very smooth and creamy, then spoon the mixture back into the Lifeway Farmer Cheese container. Set aside.
  2. Place the brewed espresso or cold brew concentrate in a shallow dish. Quickly dip the bottom half of a cookie, then immediately push the cookies into the whipped farmer cheese mixture inside the container from step 1. Repeat this process until all 6 cookies have been added.
  3. Dust with cocoa powder, then cover the container with its lid, and place in the refrigerator until the cookies have softened, at least 3-4 hours, or ideally overnight.
  4. Top with any other add-ins you want when serving such as chocolate chips, cacao nibs, nuts, or chocolate-covered coffee beans. Enjoy!
