Directions

  1. Cube bread of choice and toss with olive oil, salt, and garlic powder and place in the oven (350 degrees) till golden brown. Around 10 mins.
  2. Toss diced avocado, salt, basil leaves, and farmer cheese together in a small mixing bowl. Set aside.
  3. Stuff your slightly hollowed-out watermelon chunks with the filling and top with bread crumbles and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Garnish with micro basil or thyme leaves.
