- 2 pieces sprouted grain bread
- 1/2 cup Farmer Cheese
- 1/3 cup pure pumpkin purée - canned (not pumpkin pie mix)
- 1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice mix (or cinnamon)
- 1 tbsp. raw honey or pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp. raw hemp seeds and/or pumpkin seeds
- pinch of salt, optional
Directions
- Toast your bread to your liking, and while it's toasting, add Lifeway Farmer Cheese, raw honey or maple syrup, and the pumpkin spice mix (or cinnamon) to a small bowl. Using a hand mixer, whip it until it's creamy and thick, (or process it in a food processor, if you prefer).
- Spread the pumpkin farmer cheese mixture on top of your pieces of toast when they're done toasting, then sprinkle with raw hemp seeds and/or pumpkin seeds and a pinch of salt (optional). You can also add a drizzle of extra honey or maple on top of each piece, if you like.
