1. Roasted Beet and Carrot Salad

Nothing beets a good fruit and vegetable medley, especially when it’s elevated by Lifeway Farmer Cheese. This is a dish that is loaded with nutrients. Our Lifeway Farmer Cheese gives the salad 12 live and active probiotic cultures. Carrots are an excellent source of vitamin A. Beets and apples are high in fiber and vitamin C. Dried cranberries are rich in antioxidants. And kale is loaded with so many vitamins and minerals that other leafy veggies are left green with envy.

2. Coconut Carrot Smoothie

What’s up, doc? Carrots are incredible. They’re an excellent source of vitamin A, loaded with soluble fiber, and full of vitamins K1 and B6. Plus, they taste amazing when blended into a smoothie. Today, we’re mixing these yummy veggies with warming spices, pineapple, kale, and Lifeway Organic Whole Milk Coconut Kefir to create a delicious Smoothie Saturday treat. Our Lifeway Kefir is the secret ingredient. Besides being loaded with probiotics, protein, calcium, and vitamin D, Lifeway Kefir’s rich and creamy consistency elevates any smoothie to pure delight.

3. Raw Carrot Salad

Carrots and Lifeway Kefir make a perfect pairing because the prebiotics in carrots provide fuel for the live and active probiotic cultures found in Lifeway Kefir. It’s a gut-loving combination that also happens to taste amazing. This light and refreshing recipe is easy to make, tasty, and a great way to get in a dose of veggies and probiotics in one meal. Simply shred a bunch of carrots lengthwise and mix them with our protein-packed Lifeway Kefir, oil, vinegar, and a few other ingredients.

4.Kefir Labneh

You’re going to love labneh. It’s a Middle Eastern dish similar to Greek yogurt that can be used as a spread or dip. Our recipe for this luscious, creamy cuisine comes from The Kefir Cookbook, by our CEO Julie Smolyansky. She uses Lifeway Plain Organic Whole Milk Kefir to load the labneh with probiotics, protein, and calcium. Kefir labneh is an excellent superfood substitute for sour cream or yogurt, so make a batch and experiment! We like to spread it out in a bowl, drizzle it with olive oil, and then use it as a dip for our favorite vegetables. But however you decide to serve it, you’ll be delighted by this easy-to-make and versatile dish.

5. Carrot Cheesecake Jars

The texture is perfectly smooth and creamy thanks to our Lifeway Farmer Cheese which is a small-batch cheese full of protein and probiotics. The mix of cheese, carrots, and sugary-sweet seasonings produces a cake that is lavish and luxurious. The crust, which is made from a blend of pecans, graham crackers, and brown sugar, makes for a bottom half that’s just as tasty!
