For the Smoothie:
- 3 crushed graham-style crackers of choice
- 1 cup Organic Whole Milk Vanilla Kefir
- 1 tsp. vanila extract
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup ice
- 1 tsp. cocoa powder
For the Middle Cream Layer:
- 2 bananas, ripe
- 1 cup Farmer Cheese
For the Top Layer:
- 1 cup chocolate sauce of choice
- 1 cup additional Farmer Cheese
For the Chocolate Topping:
- 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp. coconut oil
- Optional garnishes: Fresh banana slices, graham cracker crumbles
Directions
- For the Smoothie: Blend together all ingredients for the smoothie and set aside.
- For the Middle Cream Layer: In a food processor, blend together ripe bananas and farmer cheese until smooth and creamy; set aside.
- For the Top Layer: In a food processor, blend together Farmer Cheese and chocolate sauce until smooth and creamy; set aside.
- In two small glasses, layer the smoothie blend, followed by the middle cream layer, and then the rest of the smoothie layer. Top with Top Layer with the chocolate and farmer cheese.
- For the Chocolate Topping: Mix together the cocoa powder and coconut oil, then top your smoothies you've poured into your glasses with it.
