- 1 cup Broccoli, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup parm
- 1 tsp black sesame seeds
- 1/2 Cucumber, chopped
- 2 Bacon Strips, chopped
- 1/4 cup Farmer Cheese
- For the Dressing:
- 1 tbsp Organic Whole Milk Plain Kefir
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Directions
- In a bowl, mix together broccoli, red onion, parm, black sesame seeds, cucumber, and bacon.
- In a small bowl, mix together all dressing ingredients.
- On a flatbread, top with broccoli mixture. Dollop Lifeway Farmer Cheese around flatbread.
- Drizzle the kefir dressing over top the flatbread.
- Bake for about 10-15 minutes on 400 degrees.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
