Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix together rolled oats, chia seeds, expresso, Lifeway Farmer Cheese, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and Vanilla Lifeway kefir. Pour into jar for overnight refrigeration.
  2. When ready to eat, in a food processor, blend together Vanilla Lifeway Kefir, heavy whipping cream, and brown sugar until blended and creamy.
  3. Top the overnight oats with the whipped topping, sprinkle brown sugar and coffee beans. Enjoy!
