- For Overnight Oats:
- 1 cups gluten free rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- shot of expresso
- 1/4 cup farmer cheese Farmer Cheese
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup Organic Plain Whole Milk Kefir
- For topping:
- 1 cup Organic Plain Whole Milk Kefir
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tbsp brown sugar (1 tsp additional for topping)
- coffee beans for topping
Directions
- In a bowl, mix together rolled oats, chia seeds, expresso, Lifeway Farmer Cheese, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and Vanilla Lifeway kefir. Pour into jar for overnight refrigeration.
- When ready to eat, in a food processor, blend together Vanilla Lifeway Kefir, heavy whipping cream, and brown sugar until blended and creamy.
- Top the overnight oats with the whipped topping, sprinkle brown sugar and coffee beans. Enjoy!
