Directions

  1. Spread a little farmer cheese on top of each rice cake.
  2. Slice your avocado into small pieces (you may have some left over). Put it in a bowl, and squeeze the juice of a lemon over it (this helps prevent browning!). Remove and place the avocado pieces over your rice cakes with farmer cheese.
  3. Drizzle each rice cake with hot sauce, a sprinkle of red pepper flakes (chili flakes) and the sesame seeds. Add a bit of Chili Crunch Seasoning (made by multiple brands), if desired. Enjoy!
