- 1 12 inch round pizza dough, (use gluten-free if needed)
- 1 can of whole peeled tomatoes, drained
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- salt to taste
- Italian seasoning to taste
- garlic powder to taste
- red chili flakes to taste
- 4-5 basil leaves
- 1 cup Farmer Cheese
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees, Fahrenheit.
- In a food processor, add in drained can of whole peeled tomatoes, olive oil, Italian seasonings, garlic powder, and salt and puree until smooth.
- Spread sauce over pizza dough stopping about 1/2 inch from the edge.
- Dollop with Lifeway Farmer Cheese, add red pepper flakes, and fresh basil. Cook for 15 minutes or until the pizza crust has browned. Serve, slice, and enjoy!
