Directions

  1. Toast your bread to your liking. While it's toasting, put the sliced pear into a cast iron skillet or skillet pan and drizzle with 1-2 tbsp. maple syrup and the 1/2 tsp. cinnamon. Caramelize them just until fork tender and remove from the heat.
  2. Take your toasted bread, and spread 1/4 cup Lifeway Farmer Cheese on top of each piece. Top with the caramelized pears and add additional cinnamon on top, or use pumpkin spice mix for an extra boost of fall flavor.
