- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 2 tbsp. organic oats (or ground flax or chia seeds)
- 1 scoop plant-based vanilla protein powder
Directions
- In a high-speed blender add all ingredients and blend until smooth. Set aside.
- Pour a small amount of Lifeway Kefir into a glass, then top with the blended smoothie mixture above. Top with fresh strawberries or other berries if desired.
