- ½ cup Organic Whole Milk Plain Kefir
- 1 medium frozen banana, sliced
- ¾ cup frozen mangos
- ½ cup frozen pineapple tidbits
- 1 tsp. blue spirulina
- sliced kiwi
- fresh, cubed mango
Directions
- To a high speed blender add the plain kefir, banana slices, mango, pineapple tidbits, and spirulina.
- Blend everything together, scraping down the sides of the blender with a spatula as needed to encourage the blending of the ingredients until thick and creamy.
- Pour into a bowl, garnish with kiwi and mango, and enjoy.
