- 1/4 cup Farmer Cheese
- 3-4 tbsp Pesto
- 2 Eggs
- Sourdough Toast
- 1 sliced Tomato
- 1 tbsp Red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp Everything but the bagel seasoning
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Toast choice of Sourdough bread.
- Over medium heat, leather a layer of pesto let heat for about a minute.
- Crack two eggs on either side of the pan on top of the pesto. Season with red pepper flakes, everything but the bagel seasoning, salt and pepper.
- Cook until egg is desired consistency.
- Top toast with farmer cheese , sliced tomato, and pesto egg. Enjoy
