- 1 cup Mixed Berry Plantiful
- 1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp chia seed
