Directions

  1. Blend Lifeway Kefir with frozen strawberries, banana, and dates until thick and creamy. Pour into 2 glasses.
  2. Whip Lifeway Farmer Cheese and vanilla in a food processor, then spread onto the insides of both glasses, and layer on top of the smoothie as shown in the photos, about 1/2 cup farmer cheese per glass.
  3. Add 1/4 cup freshly sliced strawberries on top of each glass, and sprinkle with 2 tbsp. crushed pistachios and cinnamon. Enjoy!
