- 2 cups strawberries, diced
- 2 cups mango, diced
- 2 kiwis, diced
- 2 cups Farmer Cheese
- Vanilla bean from 1 vanilla stock
- 1 cup vanilla granola
- 1 tbsp honey
Directions
- Dice fruit and set aside.
- In a food processor, blend together farmer cheese and vanilla bean.
- In a glass, layer in granola, fruit and farmer cheese mix. Top with honey. Enjoy!
