We blended up Wyman’s wild blueberries and Lifeway Kefir in our Wild Blueberry Kefir Smoothie that also includes gut-nourishing and heart-healthy flax and chia seeds for fiber, anti-inflammatory omega-3’s, and other nutrients including magnesium, calcium, iron, and potassium. Additionally, this smoothie contains soothing banana for a little extra sweetness and a thick, creamy texture, plus fresh mint that is excellent for digestion. It’s quick to make, refreshing, and will have you feeling great all day long.

Directions

  1. Add Lifeway Kefir and the orange juice to a blender followed by Wyman's wild blueberries, the frozen banana slices, and the flax and chia seeds. Blend until thick and creamy.
  2. Pour the smoothie into 1-2 glasses, and garnish with extra Wyman's wild blueberries and fresh mint leaves. Sip and enjoy!
